Flexibility series day 4 - Flow

Try this simple Yoga flow to open up and and energise!


Downward dog - Upward Dog (Perform this for 2 minutes or 5-10 repetitions )


A great and simple movement flow that will open up your shoulders, spine, hamstrings, hips, calves and ankles. You can spend a couple of minutes on this and try to repeat it a few times throughout your day. You can bend your knees in your downward dog or elevate your hands. For upward dog you might find it more comfortable on your forearms.
