If you are looking to book in a block of sessions virtually or in person please book a consultation first.
I offer bigger packages for training in person which we can discuss in detail in your consultation. Block bookings in person will work out cheaper.
Within your consultation we will discuss your goals, make a plan for your training going forward and also complete a movement screening.
