Join me at 9:00 in the morning for my Strength class. We will be focusing on handstands this month. We will play with some other inversions too. To begin we will look at building from the basics up so you don’t need any previous experience in going upside down. It’s a great chance to start and to learn the foundations. It would be good to have a little wall space or if not then a stable chair, bench or box. Besides this we will be doing a strength workout with inversions in mind and creating a stable foundation to help take you to the next level in those skills. If you have any questions then ask away🤗 We are also focusing on handstands in our Saturday sessions. The difference between the classes is that Saturday is an hour of skill for handstands where as tomorrow is a little less time on skill but plenty of time focused on strength. 💜🙌🏻
