Service Description
I can offer you personalised online programming that allows you to train at your convenience from anywhere. Whether you're looking to improve mobility, build strength, or master hand balancing, there's a tailored plan for you. With weekly plan updates and the option for coaching calls, I can help guide you, and keep you on track towards your fitness goals. Choose from basic plans to more comprehensive options to best suit your needs and schedule. You do not need any previous balancing or training experience to get started. It is my passion to help guide and educate you in your movement.
Cancellation Policy
1:1 Training My cancellation policy is 24 hours notice for in person and online 1:1 sessions. If cancelled outside of this time, you will lose your booking. Programming For online programming you must commit to an initial 3 month period. Payments are due on the 1st of each month by direct debit, but can be cancelled any time if you wish to stop after the 3 months. Workshops For workshop bookings the policy is as follows: 1 week - Full refund 3 days - 50%, any later than this and you will lose your booking.
