Hello everyone, I have reluctantly had to make the decision to cancel all of my classes this week. I am hoping I am in full health and raring to go again as of the 15th. I am so sorry for this inconvenience, I have missed you all a lot this past week. Please, if this affects the pass you are currently on I will make sure the expiry date is extended so let me know. If you have any questions or concerns at all then fire me an email and I will get back to you asap. Finally, I have some recorded classes that I can send out, so if this would help you this week please let me know. I hope to see you soon and thanks all for your support, G x

Hello everyone 🙂 I hope you are all well. I recently made some changes to the MVMT library. For those of you who signed up before these changes took effect (before the 9th Feb 2021) you will have received an important email. This is about your subscription termination and taking out a new subscription at the end of your billing period. I have uploaded three new videos to the library today: 1- 41 minute restorative flow. 2- 17 minute strength workout - Core compression for 1 legged crow. 3- 16 minute shoulder/ spine recovery. Good morning all. I have sent out an update regarding packages for in person coaching, virtual coaching as well as online programming. This is the most up to date of everything excluding classes. I have emailed it out to you this morning. When you have had time to read it and process it all feel free to email or call me. I would be more than happy to arrange a catch up call to go over everything with you. These updates do not affect any packages that were purchased pre-lockdown in terms of in person Coaching. Join me at 9:00 in the morning for my Strength class. We will be focusing on handstands this month. We will play with some other inversions too. To begin we will look at building from the basics up so you don’t need any previous experience in going upside down. It’s a great chance to start and to learn the foundations. It would be good to have a little wall space or if not then a stable chair, bench or box. Besides this we will be doing a strength workout with inversions in mind and creating a stable foundation to help take you to the next level in those skills. If you have any questions then ask away🤗 We are also focusing on handstands in our Saturday sessions. The difference between the classes is that Saturday is an hour of skill for handstands where as tomorrow is a little less time on skill but plenty of time focused on strength. 💜🙌🏻

Hello all! I have created 3 groups for specific classes. This is a way to connect with each other and ask any questions related to upcoming or past classes/movements etc. Feel free to add anyone who I may have missed but also please do not feel pressured to have to join the groups either :) I thought it would be a great way for me to post about upcoming classes. This is also a place I can recap on what we have just done in terms of the mobility classes especially, but most of all connect & even share pics (mob/yoga progress for example). I hope this may benefit you in some way, bring us together and discuss any topics regarding your training/mobility. I do also have a few blogs uploaded that you could read if you have time and plenty more to come. Thank you all so much for your support and I will see you soon. G x
