Follow along flows to help you breathe, move and connect with your mind and body. If you are on the go I have flows ranging from 10 - 60 minutes, perfect for a morning wake up routine or deep dive to open up your whole body. You will find restorative relaxing flows and strong power flows to suit whatever your mind and body needs.
