A consultation is vital before we work 1:1 or before you begin an online program. We will discuss why you want to start training, why it is important to you and what you want to achieve. I will take you through a movement screening to check your posture, movement mechanics and any imbalances you might have. This helps to prevent injury in the long run and build a solid base toward your goals. Please allow 90 minutes for our booking.
1:1 Training My cancellation policy is 24 hours notice for in person and online 1:1 sessions. If cancelled outside of this time, you will lose your booking. Programming For online programming you must commit to an initial 3 month period. Payments are due on the 1st of each month by direct debit, but can be cancelled any time if you wish to stop after the 3 months. Workshops For workshop bookings the policy is as follows: 1 week - Full refund 3 days - 50%, any later than this and you will lose your booking.
