Here you will find workouts you can do from home. It is important to note that this is not a progressive programme. If you have specific movement goals I recommend to follow a specific programme towards those goals. 


I have designed this to help you move when you're in a funk or stuck for motivation. I personally love variation in my training and over the coming weeks you will have access to different elements of my own practice. 


You will find plenty of varied workouts from strength, to met-cons to balancing. All sessions give bodyweight and weighted options. 


Each workout has coaching notes to help you choose the right exercise variant for your body.
